I've never like papaya, whether it be fresh, juiced or in a dish of any kind. It's mainly always been the smell which, consequently is exactly how it tastes! Well, I think the main reason I've never liked it is that I never knew how to property eat it!! Now I love it! All it takes is: squeeze some fresh lime juice on it and a little sprinkle of sea salt, viola!!! A delicious and very nutritious fruit!
The papaya is a big fruit, which is a good thing. I cut it up and put it in a container in the fridge to use mostly for my breakfasts but, it also makes a great snack!
